Beef & Kohlrabi stir fry

<p>I didn&#8217;t know what to do with a kohlrabi when i found it in my box! We were soon to discover how much we love it. It&#8217;s like a potato with a crunch!</p>

Serves: 4-5


Ingredients
1 lb grass fed beef, sauteed
1 onion sliced
4 carrots, peeled and sliced
1 kohlrabi peeled and sliced into 1/4-1/2" slices & quartered
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
2 TB + coconut oil
1 zucchini sliced and quartered

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Saute veggies in oil until tender in large fry pan, while cooking the beef in a separate pan. Combine when they are done, along with spices, and add additional coconut oil to moisten.
