Ingredients
4 lbs Okra
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Lemon Juice
Salt and Pepper to Taste
1 tbsp Smoked Paprika (Optional)

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper, and paprika(optional) in a large bowl.
  3. Toss in whole okra and coat completely in mixture.
  4. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly spray with cooking spray.
  5. Cook for 7-10 minutes (lightly browned). Serve hot.
