Burgers Southwest

<p>Mark and Richard, two of my customers who like my Southwest Mix shared their recipe with me for Burgers Southwest. This recipe has really caught on and is very popular with my Farmers Market customers.</p>

Serves: Makes 4 -1/4lb burgers.


Ingredients
1 pound Ground Burger Meat: Beef, Pork,Turkey,Bulk, or Chicken
1-2 Tbs. McGuffey Herb & Spice Southwest Mix

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Mix Southwest Mix into 1 lb ground meat and shape into patties. Best if allowed to rest in refrigerator for 1 hour, but can be used right away.
  2. Prepare on grill, under broiler or in frying pan as you would any other burgers.
  3. Enjoy !
